What We Do

If you want to lose weight, get healthy and build muscle, hiring a personal trainer is a step in the right direction! All of our trainers hold multiple certifications and have years of experience with  literally hundreds of clients. With over 22 years in the fitness industry, we know "fact" from "fad" and can help you avoid the many fitness myths that are out there. What can you expect from FIRE-HOUSE FITNESS?  When you first walk in, you will be greeted by a professional trainer. You will be given a fresh, white towel for your work out,  and an ice cold bottle of water! We will assess your fitness level, set up a customized program for you and keep you highly motivated. We will push you past your comfort level-- something that is difficult to do on your own. We will be right there with you- encouraging, motivating and cheering you on every step of the way!  After your session? A review of what we accomplished, a guide for the rest of your week, and a complimentary protien shake to get your body recovering! You will get the attention that you deserve! We also provide:
